These rules keep the service fast and fair for everyone. By purchasing and using a ZyroTV subscription you agree to the following.

Personal use and device limits

• Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may stream on at most the number of simultaneous devices included in your plan (1, 2, or 3 connections). Need more? Contact us for a custom plan.
• Do not share your credentials outside your household. Credential sharing beyond the plan limit may lead to suspension without refund.

Reselling

Reselling access to the service is only permitted under a separate reseller agreement. If you are interested in reselling, message us — do not resell a personal subscription.

Prohibited behaviour

• Re-streaming, re-broadcasting, or publicly exhibiting content from the service.
• Attempting to probe, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our servers.
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of streaming services complies with the laws and regulations that apply in your country of residence.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Where the violation is minor and unintentional, our support team will contact you first.
