GDPR Compliance
Last updated: August 18, 2026
For visitors and customers in the European Economic Area and the UK, we process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page summarises how, and complements our Privacy Policy.
Legal bases we rely on
- Contract: processing your order details to deliver the subscription you purchased.
- Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, service security, and responding to support requests.
- Legal obligation: keeping transaction records where accounting rules require it.
Your rights
- Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure — have your data deleted where we no longer need it.
- Restriction and objection — limit or object to certain processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Our servers and service providers may be located outside the EEA (including North America). Where that is the case, we rely on our providers' safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Data minimisation and your choices
We collect only what is needed to deliver and support the service, and the website requires no account. Analytics/advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel via Google Tag Manager) run by default; you can turn them off at any time — and keep them off for future visits — via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of every page.
