This policy explains what personal data ZyroTV (“we”, “us”) collects when you use zyrotv.com or order a subscription, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Order details: the name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number you share with us when ordering, plus the plan you purchased.
• Payment information: payments are processed by third-party providers (card processors, PayPal, or the blockchain network for crypto). We never see or store full card numbers.
• Support conversations: messages you send to our support team on WhatsApp.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These run by default.

Your opt-out right (Do Not Sell or Share): you can opt out of analytics and advertising cookies at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of every page. Opting out disables analytics and advertising storage, activates Google's ads data redaction, and stops these scripts from loading on your future visits. You can re-enable them from the same dialog. The site requires no account.

How we use your data

• To create and deliver your subscription credentials by email.
• To provide customer and technical support.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To notify you about service issues or renewal of your own subscription.

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Sharing

We share data only with the payment providers needed to process your transaction, and with our email delivery provider to send your credentials. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, then delete them.
